John Klek

John Klek (100) of Fairview Park, OH passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, April 11, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Maria Klek (nee Burghardt). Loving father of John Klek and his wife Luba, Andrew Klek and his wife Cynthia, and Julian Klek and his wife Christine. Dear grandfather of Ivanna Klek, Andriy Klek, Maria Klek, Nikolas Klek, Alexander Klek, Stefan Klek, and Erika Klek. Long time companion of Katherine Glawacky. Cherished brother of the late Dmytro, Wasyl, and Kateryna. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
John was a master of masonry. He was a member of the Bricklayer Local 5. Cofounder of the Ukrainian Sports Club Lviv. John also helped build St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral.
Family and Friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral. Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Interment St. Andrews Cemetery.
