Luba Cooper (nee Turczyk), 72 Luba passed away peacefully in her home on March 24, 2025 She is survived by her sister-n-law, Mary Turczyk and several nieces and nephews that loved her tremendously. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on Oct.17,1952 to Ukrainian immigrants Jan and Aniela Turczyk. Luba achieved her lifelong goal of becoming a Registered Nurse in 2003, conquering all obstacles in her path. She devoted her life to helping and caring for those around her. Her heart was full of love, compassion and kindness that extended beyond people. Pets, strays and woodland creatures would not go hungry in her backyard. She met and married the love of her life, Chris Cooper in 1997 and lived happily until he passed in 2014. Chris kept her rooted, at least until they hit a dance floor with a great polka band. Together they were full of life. Her big personality, infectious laugh and impeccable taste always kept everyone on their toes and grateful for everything she had to offer. Her love for family and friends poured out in every meal she cooked, every gift she gave, every warm hug & kiss she shared and every smile she smiled. Luba touched so many lives with her kindness and gentle spirit. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. May Luba Rest in Peace knowing how much she meant to us all. Chomies!
