Maria Nebesh

MARIA NEBESH (nee Karpiak) (age 88) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025. Known for her gentle spirit, kind heart, and unwavering compassion, Maria devoted her life to caring for others, both as a nurse and a true friend to animals. Maria was the beloved wife of the late Orest Nebesh. Loving sister-in-law of Eugene Nebesh (Lydia) (deceased). Dear aunt of Danko Nebesh (Darka), Chrystyna Nebesh-Jatstyshyn (deceased) (Taras), Adrianna Nebesh Lisowsky (Danylo), Olga Levitska (John), Vira Frys, Volodimir Karpiak, Oksana Aleksandrov, Natalia Onufrey and Pavlo Fedoriv. Cherished great-aunt of 19 great nieces and nephews and great-great-aunt of 1.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 from 11 AM – 1 PM at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church 7700 Hoertz Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Funeral Liturgy to follow at 1 PM. Interment St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
