MARY ANN KUZNIAK age 60, passed away January 11, 2016. Beloved sister of Steven Joseph; loving daughter of Anna and Osyp (both deceased); loving godmother of Monica Yakovlevich and dear friend of many. Funeral Service Saturday, January 23 at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 7700 Hoertz Rd., Parma at 12 noon. Visitation in the chapel 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment St. Andrew Cemetery.
