Beloved wife of August (deceased); dear mother of August (deceased); dearest sister of the following deceased: Ted Slapak, Charles Slapak (Natalie) and Anne Kozyk (Steve); cherished aunt of Stevan Kozyk (Janice), Lauren Lawrence (William), Dr. Christopher Slapak (Michael) and David Kozyk (Susan); great aunt and dear friend of many.
