MARY LOBAS MACEK, age 98, passed away May 19, 2022. Loving mother of Allan, caring mother-in-law to MaryAnn, devoted sister to five brothers and sisters-in-law, dear aunt to many nieces and nephews and friend to all. A resident of Parma, Mary was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, an active member of PLAV 61 Women's Auxiliary volunteering at the Carl B Stokes VA Hospital at Wade Park as well as the Brecksville VA, and after 42 years of employment, retiring from General Motors Chevrolet Plant.

The family will receive friends Monday, May 23, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home, 5677 State Road, Parma. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, 10:00 a.m., St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 3434 George Ave, Parma. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland. Per family request, masks are recommended.
