PETER LOBAS age 90, passed away November 16, 2016. Husband of Bernadine (nee Johnston) and the late Jane (nee Nester); loving father of Beth Lobas and Karen Schoepe (George); stepfather of Kathy Cambier (Sid), Janice Dimond (Ron) and Patricia McCrea (Jim); cherished grandfather of Stacie Kyle (John); great-grandfather of Kayla and Johnny Kyle; step-grandfather and great-grandfather of many; dearest brother Mary Macek and Mathew (Olga) and the following deceased: Harry Jr., Andrew and George; dear uncle and friend of many. Veteran U.S. Coast Guard WWII, member of PLVA Post 30, American Legion Post 572, Broadview Limited Homing Club 1938, Original City Homing Club, Invitational Racing Pigeon Club and Fort Meyers Invitational Pigeon Club. Retired from IBEW Local 38.

Divine Liturgy will be held Wednesday, November 23 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, 4600 State Rd., Cleveland (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Holy Spirit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project or charity of your choice.
