SOFIA SOCHOCKYJ age 87. Sofia’s soul returned peacefully to God with her loving children at her side while at home, Wednesday, February 11, 2021. Beloved wife of Jaroslaw (deceased); dearest mother of Luba, Joseph (Vera), and Nadia Cox (deceased); loving grandmother of Deanna (Billy), Michael, Nicholas (Annie), David and Alexandra; beloved sister and aunt. Sofia was a sweet, sincere caring lady, kind to everyone she met. Sofia had a strong faith in God and in the Protection of our Blessed Mother Mary. She always advised family and friends to pray to God and put their troubles and cares in God’s Hands and leave them there. Saying to all God will take care of it for you He knows what you need.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church. Private family services will be held. Interment St. Andrew Cemetery.
