WALTER H. SAMIJLENKO age 82, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020. Beloved husband of Nina (nee Suschenko); dear father of Walter (Donna), Bill (Karen) and Pete (Kathy); loving grandfather of Steven (Amanda), Katie, Michael (Ashley), Natalie (TJ) and Maggie and great-grandfather of Jacob, Matthew and Lily; dearest brother of Helen Dolbin (Walter) and George Samijlenko (Martha). U.S. Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Taras Shevchenko School of Ukrainian Studies at St. Vladimir, 3425 Marioncliff Dr., Parma, OH 44134. A private Funeral Service was held Wednesday, March 18, 2020. A memorial Service will be held at a later date. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
